The Consortium of Institutions of Higher Learning (CIHL) was formed in collaboration with the Carnegie Mellon University, USA and the Andhra Pradesh state government.

CIHL offers a Masters in IT (MSIT) programme at Carnegie Mellon, IIIT Hyderabad, Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University, Osmania University, Andhra University and Sri Venkateswara University.

Gramener signed a memorandum of understanding with CIHL to offer data analytics and visualisation courses as part of the MSIT programme.
